Joseph C. Giglio, III

Joe is a native and life-long resident of Lafayette and is a graduate of LSU Law School. He routinely represents clients in connection with the exploration, development and operation of oil and gas mining properties, including transactions, litigation, title examination, and regulatory matters. Joe also handles environmental and general business litigation and transactions, representing various businesses and their principals in many areas of Louisiana. Joe has given presentations to various oil and gas industry groups, including the Louisiana Mineral Law Institute, the Lafayette Association of Petroleum Landmen, the North Houston Association of Professional Landmen and the Ark-La-Tex Association of Professional Landmen.
