Will Montz, a native of Eunice, Louisiana, is a long time resident of Lafayette.  Will maintains a diverse litigation practice focusing on insurance coverage, insurance defense and collections in both Louisiana and Alabama.  He represents insurers’ interests in professional liability claims and first-party property claims.  Will has also represented clients in business transactions, environmental law issues, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims and general casualty claims.  Additionally, he has represented employers and insurers in workers compensation matters.

Will received his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2001.  He received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans – College of Law in 2004. Will practiced with the law firm of Neuner Pate (f/k/a Laborde and Neuner) in Lafayette from 2004 until he joined Randazzo Giglio & Bailey LLC in February of 2014.  He is a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and the John M. Duhe Inn of Court.  Heavily involved in the Lafayette legal community, Will has been recognized on the local and state level for his devotion to the Lafayette Volunteer Lawyers pro bono programs.  In 2011, he was awarded the Pro Bono Publico Award from the Louisiana State Bar Association as well as the Pro Bono Award from the Young Lawyers Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association.  The Lafayette Bar Association recognized Will as the Lafayette Volunteer Lawyers Attorney of the Year in 2010.
