Michael J. Pantaleo
Mike began his career as an Independent Petroleum Landman in Louisiana and Texas working in a managerial role in multiple oil and gas lease and pipeline right-of-way acquisition projects, as well as numerous due diligence projects for multi-million dollar acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas properties. In 2015, Mike joined Randazzo Giglio & Bailey LLC as an associate attorney. Since that time, Mike has rendered numerous oil and gas title opinions on properties across the State of Louisiana. In addition, Mike regularly counsels clients on transactional matters and provides “nuts and bolts” operations advice. Mike also provides general business planning, transactions and advice to the firm’s clients.
Mike obtained his a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance and business management in 2006 from Auburn University and his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. Mike is licensed to practice law in both Louisiana and Texas and is a member of various professional organizations including the Louisiana State Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the American Association of Professional Landmen, the Lafayette Association of Professional Landmen, Houston Association of Professional Landmen and the Lafayette Bar Association.
